Make Candied Almonds in a HOT WOK Gas Stove
Is there anything better than roasted almonds on a cold winter's day? We've been experimenting with making them ourselves on our HOT WOK, and we don't regret it for a second.
Here's a delicious recipe for roasted almonds that's easy and straightforward. We use spices like cinnamon, cloves and cardamom, which not only help to spread a heavenly aroma, but also give a great taste to the roasted almonds.
Whether you use spices and which ones, is entirely up to you.
So bekommst du den Wok nach gebrannten Mandeln ganz einfach sauber:
Fülle den Wok mit warmem Wasser und gib ein paar Tropfen Spülmittel hinzu. Lass es 10-15 Minuten einweichen, um die Zuckerreste aufzuweichen.
Verwende einen Holzspatel oder einen weichen Schwamm, um die angebrannten Reste vorsichtig zu entfernen. Vermeide Metallwerkzeuge, da sie die Oberfläche beschädigen können.
Falls der Zucker hartnäckig ist, kannst du etwas Wasser im Wok aufkochen. Die Hitze löst die festen Rückstände.
Spüle den Wok gründlich aus und trockne ihn mit einem Geschirrtuch ab. Reibe die Oberfläche eventuell leicht mit Speiseöl ein, um die Beschichtung des Woks zu erhalten.
