Frieten in wok

Simple "Hoe":

Warme olie
Zet je in HOT WOK Gasfornuis. 7 en 12 kW-branders zijn snel heet en de Silverline Model heeft een beetje langer nodig omdat het 4,5 kW-effect is.
Maar verwacht dat de olie klaar is in 3-4 minuten.

Bak de aardappelen
Voeg je frieten toe of gesneden aardappelen.
Laat ze gebakken tot knapperig / goud / bruin.

Pommes in wok

Servers
Bestrooi met grof zout of vlok zout.
