HOT WOK ApS accepts payment with VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB. When paying, your account will not be debited until the goods are ready for dispatch.
All amounts are given in DKK (Danish kroner) and include 25% VAT.
HOT WOK uses a payment server that encrypts all card information using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.
Orders placed before 12 p.m. are shipped the same day by HOT WOK ApS.

According to the Danish Commercial Code, you have a 2-year warranty. You are entitled to request a replacement for defective goods and/or manufacturing defects. However, errors and defects must be reported within a reasonable period of time, no later than 2 months.
This warranty does not apply in the event of misuse or improper use of the goods.
In the case of a warranty claim, HOT WOK ApS will cover the return costs.

Unfortunately, goods sent with cash cannot be accepted.
If we have agreed on a refund, we ask you to send us your account details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.
Right of withdrawal
You have a 1 month right of withdrawal when purchasing goods via our web shop.
The period starts from the day you receive the goods.

Please inform us of the revocation within 1 month after your order and send the goods back to us within 1 month after your notification.

The status of the goods upon return
You must pay compensation for a loss in value of the goods if the loss in value is due to handling the goods that was not necessary to check the nature, properties and functioning of the goods. You can check the goods as you would in a retail store.
If we see the goods as used, you will either only get a part of the amount back or no refund at all. Everything depends on the commercial value. If you want a full refund of the purchase price, you must follow the same process as in a physical store. You are of course entitled to inspect the goods, but not fully use them.
Item must be returned using GLS - or another return label provided by HOT WOK.
When you visit our website, we collect information about you that is used to personalize and improve our content and to increase the value of the ads displayed on the page. If you do not want information to be collected, you should delete your cookies and refrain from further use of the website. Below we have explained what information is collected, for what purpose and which third parties have access to it.
The website uses "cookies", a text file that is stored on your computer, mobile phone or similar, in order to recognize you, save settings, carry out statistics and target ads. Cookies cannot contain malicious code such as virus.

Personal data is any type of information that can be attributed to you to some degree. When you use our website, we collect and process a range of such information. It happens for example from alm. Access content when you sign up for our newsletter, participate in contests or surveys, register as a user or subscriber, use other services, or make purchases through the Site.
We typically collect and process the following types of information: A unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP number, geographic location and which pages you click on (interests). If you expressly agree to this and enter the information yourself, you will also be processed: name and e-mail. This is usually associated with registration.
We have taken technical and organizational measures to prevent your information from being accidentally or unlawfully deleted, published, lost, compromised or disclosed to unauthorized persons, misused or otherwise treated unlawfully.
The information is used to identify you as a user and to show you the ads most likely to be relevant to you, to record your purchases and payments, and to provide you with the services you have requested, such as submitting a newsletter. In addition, we use the information to optimize our services and content.
The information is stored for the period permitted by law and we delete it when it is no longer needed. The period depends on the type of information and the background to the storage. Therefore, it is not possible to set a general timeframe for deleting information.
Sharing of information
Data about your use of the website, what ads you receive and, if so, click, geographic location, gender and age segment, etc. shared with third parties where this information is known. You can see which third parties are in the “Cookies” section above. The information is used for targeted advertising.
We also use a number of third parties to store and process data. They process information exclusively on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
Disclosure of personal information such as name and email etc. will only happen if you consent to it. We only use data processors in the EU or in countries that can adequately protect your data.
Insights and Complaints
You have the right to be informed about what personal data we process about you. You can also object to the use of the information at any time. You can also withdraw your consent to the processing of information about you. If the information processed about you is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted.
