You order and pay through Guanxe. Guanxe then places the order with HOT WOK, receives the goods on mainland Spain and arranges delivery to you in the Canary Islands.

- Guanxe places the order with HOT WOK. We send the products to the mainland Spain delivery address specified by Guanxe.
- Guanxe delivers your order to the Canary Islands. Guanxe handles the onward shipment and provides updates through its service.
