- 400ml coconut milk
- 30ml fish sauce
- 40g palm sugar
- 15g dried herb mix
- 300g jasmine fragrant rice

Fresh ingredients required
- 400g chicken meat
- 200g of your favourite mushrooms
- 150g cherry tomatoes
- For the garnish:
- Plenty of coriander greens
