Brochettes with Crispy Bread on HOT WOK Grill Pan
Make delicius Brochettes on your HOT WOK Grill Pan
- 1 French bread or ciabatta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cherry tomatoes
- Fresh basil leaves
- Mozzarella cheese (optional)
Start by slicing the bread into slices or cubes, depending on your preference. Slices work well for brochettes, but cubes are also an option.
Heat your HOT WOK grill pan over medium heat.
