How to fry vegetables properly?
What can you sauté vegetables in and what happens when you sauté vegetables. The answer is that you clearly need a wok - and this is where the HOT WOK comes in. It's the kW power that you need to pay attention to. The kW output determines how much heat your burner will provide. HOT WOK offers unique products for wok fans and you can find Gas burners that are 4.5 kW, 7 kW and 12 kW maximum respectively.

When frying
You will quickly be able to taste that this way of roasting enhances the taste experience and the vegetables remain crisp. Fresh vegetables are especially good when prepared in a wok. It retains its crunchy texture and the colors become more vibrant.
First, pour a little oil into the wok (we recommend about 2-3 tablespoons).
Let the oil heat up for about 20-30 sec. Then place the vegetables in the wok. Consider which vegetables need more frying time. Start by frying carrots and other root vegetables, for example, which require about 2 minutes more frying time than cabbage and peppers, for example.
It is important to point out that the vegetables should not boil!
Always fry at maximum heat and stay by the wok the entire time so nothing burns. Constantly lift and stir the vegetables. After about 2-4 minutes, your vegetables will be done. If there is still some vegetable water in the wok that did not evaporate during frying, pour it away and place the wok back over the HOT WOK burner.
Finally, add salt as needed during frying. You can use fish sauce instead - fish sauce is also called the salt of Asia.
Oyster sauce is also a popular seasoning, mixed with a little soy your vegetables will be coated in an extremely tasty sauce. Prepare your vegetables according to your taste and preference.
You can also make cooking more visually exciting by thinking about the colors of your vegetables. So it doesn't all have to be green, but think about what can be added as yellow, red, orange, etc. All vegetables can be stir-fried in your wok.
Bon appetit :)
