• 50 g tom kha curry paste
• 400ml coconut milk
• 30ml fish sauce
• 40g palm sugar
• 15g dried herb mix
• 300g jasmine fragrant rice
• One recipe card

Fresh ingredients required

• 400g chicken meat 
• 200g of your favourite mushrooms 
• 150g cherry tomatoes 
• For the garnish:
• Plenty of coriander greens
  (The easiest way to get fresh coriander is from an Asian shop or the Turkish greengrocer around the corner)
• 2 chilli peppers
• 1 lime
