HOT WOK ApS accepts payment by VISA–Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB. Payment will be debited to the account when the item has been shipped.
All amounts have been listed in DKK – Danish crowns and 25% VAT is included.
HOT WOK uses an approved payment server which is encrypting all your card information by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol meaning that your data cannot be revealed.
On all weekdays HOT WOK ApS ships items regarding orders placed not later that 12:00 o’clock.

Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act you have a warranty claim of 2 years. You have the right to claim compensation for defective material and / or production. In order to use your warranty, notice of any defect must be given within a reasonable time after manifestation and no later than 2 months.
This warranty does not apply for defects or damage due to faulty operation of the product / service
HOT WOK ApS will meet the expenses of returning in so far it is reasonable.

Items sent COD will not be accepted.
If refund has been agreed, we ask you kindly to send us your bank account details so we can transfer the agreed amount.
You have a full 14 days right of return regarding items bought in our webshop.
Time begins to run from the day when you receive the ordered items.
You will cover the returning costs yourself.
Notice of cancellation must be given to us no later that 14 days after the purchase, and you must return the items no later than 14 days after notice of cancellation.

The state of the item when you return it
You are only liable for a possible diminution in value due to mismanagement regarding the nature, the properties and the functionality of the item. In other words you can test the item just as if you bought it in an ordinary shop.
If the item has been used to a larger extend than stipulated above, we shall consider it a used item meaning that when you return it you are only entitled to a partly refund or no refund at all depending on the merchantable value of the item.
In order for you to receive a complete refund of the purchase price, you must use the same procedure like in a physical shop. You are entitled to test the item, but you are not entitled to put it to use.

These data are used for adjusting and improving our content and for increasing the value of the advertisements which are shown on our website. Should you not want us to collect data about you, you must delete your cookies and not visit our website in future. Data regarding your use of our website, which advertisements you are receiving and might be clicking on, geographical location, gender and age segment etc. are passed on to third parties to the extent these data are known to us. Furthermore, we use a series of third parties for storage and processing data. These third parties are only processing the data on our behalf and are not allowed to use the data for their own purposes.
Passing on personal data like name and e-mail etc. will only happen if you give us your explicit consent. We only use data processers in EU or in countries which can offer your data sufficient protection.
Insight and complaints
You have the right to be informed as to which personal data which we are processing about you. Furthermore, you can also object to the fact that data are used at any time. You can also revoke your consent that data are processed about you. If the data which are processed about you are incorrect, you are entitled to have these data corrected or deleted.
