Make delicious Churros
Make delicious Churros in your HOT WOK
Churros originate from Spain and are their take on waffles. The Spanish origin is also the reason why many people call them "cane" in English. The batter is very similar to a water pastry batter, but instead of baking the batter in the oven, it is piped out into long tubes and deep fried.
Traditionally, the dough has no sugar, but instead gets sweetness from the sugar that they are rolled in after cooking. However, we prefer to add a little sugar and vanilla to the batter, but you can experiment with this depending on how sweet your tooth is.
